Shed 7 Health & Beauty is a popular, professional beauty salon owned by a highly qualified beautician with over 15 years experience. The salon is located in the rural Norfolk village of East Rudham between Kings Lynn and Fakenham and has ample off road parking space for clients to use.
We offer a wide range of luxury health and beauty treatments ranging from waxing, UV gel nail, manicures and pedicures through to Fresh Indulgence Spray Tan, St. Tropez self tanning and reflexology. We use the finest products combined with a friendly, relaxed environment to achieve the best results in all our treatments.
Shed 7 Beauty has flexible opening hours. We regularly open until late in the evening through the week offering valuable rest and relaxation time to clients whose work or family committments don’t fit in with the opening times of other beauty salons.
The beauty salon itself is tucked away in a quiet corner of the rear garden and was previously a motor enthusiast’s workshop used to restore 1950′s American trucks. The building was renovated in 2005 giving a ‘cabin’ type feel to the exterior with the inside being tastefully decorated in natural colours creating a calm, relaxing ambience within the salon itself.
East Rudham is a beautiful, traditional Norfolk village with an abundance of character and some fantastic pubs and restaurants. Why not combine your relaxing beauty treatment with a delicious lunch in the award winning Crown Inn (located a few minutes walk from the beauty salon at the head of the village green) or a slice of one of the amazing home-made cakes and a hot cup of tea at the Pretty Shop Tea Rooms.

Town centre salons offer convenience of having treatments during lunchbreaks at work but in some cases, the lack of immediate parking, hurried treatment sessions and limited opening hours can leave you feeling a little short changed.
